If you do not have Java Web Start and want to try it, you should do the following:
- download the lattest J2SE JRE from Sun (actually jre 1.4.2 should be enough).
- Install the JRE file.
- Restart your browser.
- Use the Start lGantt link on this page, Java Web Start will download and execute lGantt, after that, it will keep you synchronized with new versions and offer you some usefull options.
